Abstract
La violencia sexual durante el conflicto armado en Colombia no fue algo aislado, ha sido ejercida de forma sistemática y generalizada, especialmente por estructuras paramilitares que, mediante prácticas de brutalidad, sometimiento y deshumanización, han establecido una pedagogía de la perversidad al servicio de la guerra. Con una crueldad indescriptible, buscaron doblegar y deshumanizar a las víctimas, dejando una marca profunda en la historia del país. Aunque reconocemos esta barbarie como un crimen contra la humanidad, la verdad es que muchos casos siguen sin resolverse, la información es incompleta, las víctimas temen por su seguridad y falta una reflexión profunda sobre cómo y por qué ocurrió todo esto.
Abstract Sexual violence during the armed conflict in Colombia was not an isolated incident; it was carried out systematically and widely, especially by paramilitary organizations that, through practices of brutality, subjugation, and dehumanization, have established a pedagogy of perversity in the service of war. With indescribable cruelty, they sought to subdue and dehumanize the victims, leaving a profound mark on the country's history. Although we recognize this barbarity as a crime against humanity, the truth is that many cases remain unsolved, information is incomplete, and there is a lack of in-depth reflection on how and why all this happened.
