Proyecto Educativo Familiar PEFA para la Consolidación de Familias Educadoras
La cuestión planteada en el presente trabajo es determinar la incidencia del diseño de un Proyecto Educativo Familiar -PEFA en la consolidación y reconocimiento del rol educador en cinco familias del colegio face del municipio de Tenjo. Se tienen en cuenta los cambios planteados por Castells en la estructura y dinámicas de las familias, y a partir de una metodología cualitativa IA, se identifican las características de su comprensión sobre educación y rol educativo. Así, por medio de la experiencia del grupo de enfoque se implementa el diseño del PEFA con cada una. Los resultados muestran que toda familia tiene el potencial de ser familia educadora, y exponen la necesidad de generar estrategias y herramientas que favorezcan escenarios de reflexión en sus procesos educativos que les permitan cumplir con su vocación ontológica. Se puede concluir que, el PEFA es una herramienta que incide favorablemente en la apropiación y fortalecimiento del rol educador en las cinco familias de la muestra.
This paper puts forward the question to determine the impact of the design of Family Educational Project -PEFA in the consolidation and recognition of the educator’s role in five families of face school in Tenjo town. The changes proposed by Castells in the structure and dynamics of families are taken into account, and based on a qualitative AI methodology, the characteristics of these in their understanding of education and educational role are identified. Through focus group experience, the PEFA design is implemented with each one. The results show that all families have the potential to be educating families, and it shows the need to generate strategies and tools that favor reflection scenarios in their educational processes which will let them fulfill their ontological vocation. It can be concluded that the PEFA is a tool that favorably affects the appropriation and strengthening of the educator role of face's five families
