Abstract
Con el objetivo de describir los riesgos biológicos presentes en actividad de extracción de
arena y piedra del río Guadalajara que afectan la salud física de los paleros en Buga para 2020. A
sabiendas que la Ciudad de Guadalajara de Buga Valle, se encuentra irrigada por el rio
Guadalajara en la confluencia de varias quebradas, este río desemboca por el occidente de Buga
en el río Cauca. (Claudia, 2015); Esta creación divina ha sido de gran ayuda para personas de
bajos recurso que buscan en su caudal riquezas para obtener ayuda económica, como son la arena
y piedra (gravilla), elementos para construcción y decoración; no obstante, año tras año, estas
personas se han dedicado a sacar estos materiales con herramientas ortodoxas, para lograr
satisfacer a los clientes, los cuales demeritan su labor no reconociendo económicamente lo justo
por el esfuerzo. Esta investigación es de alcance descriptivo enfoque cuantitativo, su trabajo no
está dentro de las actividades laborales reglamentarias, ni registradas ante cámara y comercio,
siendo un trabajo informal son simplemente llamados paleros de arena y piedra; no pagan
seguridad social, no son vigilados por entidades de salud.
With the aim of describing the biological risks that are present during the extraction of the sand and stone from the Guadalajara River that are affecting the physical health of the Paleros People from Buga by 2020. Knowing that the City of Guadalajara of Buga, Valle is being irrigated by the Guadalajara River at the confluence of several streams, this river disembogues into the West Cauca River. (Claudia, 2015); This divine creation of water flow has been a great help to the low-income people in the area who seek some economic benefits of it, such as gravel mining, elements like sand and stone for construction and decoration; Nevertheless, year after year, this community of people have been extracting these materials by using orthodox tools, in order to satisfy their customers, who detract from their work by not recognizing economically what is fair for the effort. This research has a descriptive scope and a quantitative approach, their work isn’t within the regulatory work activities, nor registered through the Chamber and Commerce, they are doing an informal job in which they are simply being called as “the sand and stone Paleros”; they don’t pay social security and they are not being monitored by the Health Care Entities.
