Abstract
El empleo y la educación es un tema bastante cuestionado en Medellín, aspectos que dignifican la persona y tiene una alta incidencia en el desarrollo personal y social del individuo. Esta ciudad tiene diversos grupos poblacionales, entre ellos están las personas con discapacidad, sujeto de derechos y equiparación de oportunidades. Las acciones de inclusión y accesibilidad en el entorno educativo y laboral son factores que merecen especial importancia si es de garantizar derechos constitucionales, como es la inclusión y la accesibilidad en los diferentes entornos de la ciudad en mención, favoreciendo los potenciales individuales y colectivos, mejorando su calidad de vida. Por lo tanto, la presente investigación busca, analizar las estrategias de inclusión a los entornos educativos y laborales para las personas con discapacidad residentes en la ciudad de Medellín, cuyo contenido inicialmente referencian las generalidades de la investigación: título, planteamiento, formulación del problema, justificación y objetivos. Posteriormente se aborda el marco de referencia del trabajo: antecedentes, marco conceptual, marco teórico y marco legal, diseño metodológico, tipoy método de la investigación, población, muestra, tratamiento y análisis de la información. Así mismo, se abordan los objetivos específicos planteados: reconocer las barreras que impiden la inclusión y la accesibilidad de las personas con discapacidad a los entornos educativos y laborales en la ciudad de Medellín, clasificar las barreras para la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad en los entornos educativos y laborales. Enumerar las barreras que inciden en la inclusión educativa y laboral de las personas con discapacidad en la ciudad de Medellín, pasando finalmente a las acciones y finalizando con el registro de resultados, conclusiones, recomendaciones y referencias.
Employment and education are a subject that is quite questioned in Medellin, aspects that dignify the person and have a high incidence on the personal and social development of the individual. This city has diverse population groups, among them are people with disabilities, subjects of rights and equal opportunities. Inclusion and accessibility actions in the educational and work environment are factors that deserve special importance if they guarantee constitutional rights such as inclusion and accessibility in the different environments of the city in question, favoring individual and collective potentials, improving their quality of life. Therefore, this research seeks to analyze the inclusion strategies in educational and work environments for people with disabilities residing in the city of Medellin, whose content initially refers to the generalities of the research: title, approach, formulation of the problem, justification and objectives. Subsequently, the reference framework of the work is addressed: background, conceptual framework, theoretical framework and legal framework, methodological design, type and method of research, population, sample, treatment and analysis of information. Likewise, the specific objectives proposed are addressed: to recognize the barriers that prevent the inclusion and accessibility of people with disabilities to educational and work environments in the city of Medellin, to classify the barriers to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the educational and work environments. List the barriers that affect the educational and labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the city of Medellin, finally moving on to actions and ending with the recording of results, conclusions, recommendations and references
