Abstract

This undergraduate thesis project aims to address the issue of limited digital visibility and the weak connection between the companies affiliated with Centro Progresa and their potential customers, in a context where e-commerce is increasingly relevant. As a proposed solution, the development of a platform called “Virtual Showcase” is presented, designed to facilitate the interactive display of products and services. The main objective of this tool is to enhance the competitiveness and commercial reach of the companies involved in this institutional initiative. The project will follow an iterative methodology that includes phases such as diagnosis, user experience-based interface design, development using cutting-edge web technologies, and validation through pilot testing in real environments. The design process will be guided by relevant regulatory and conceptual frameworks, incorporating key principles of usability, accessibility, and digital security. The expected outcome is a functional digital solution that strengthens the online presence of participating businesses and promotes more effective interaction with customers and strategic partners. Ultimately, the platform aspires to become a strategic asset for the digital transformation of the Centro Progresa business ecosystem and to boost the competitiveness of local enterprises in the market.
