Abstract
This project seeks to carry out a business diagnosis analyzing specific aspects such as strategic,
organizational, and economic-financial operation; the administrative structure of the enterprise
and the product/service offered by the Pet Snack brand, in order to implement necessary actions
for the improvement and growth of the organization.
Additionally, it grants partial results of an investigation carried out in the line of business
management and the service offered, obtaining as the main source strategies of different types
and applicable to the different areas that are developed in the entity to favor in a new and
innovative way both internally and externally. to the organization in the short, medium and long
term.
