Abstract
Este estudio de investigación se enfoca en comprender las causas y efectos del estrés laboral en los empleados de ADECCO en Bucaramanga. Surge de la necesidad de abordar los cambios laborales actuales que afectan el bienestar de los trabajadores. Se utilizará la Versión Española de la Escala de Estrés Percibido (PSS-14) es un instrumento que evalúa el nivel de estrés percibido durante el último mes, consta de 14 ítems” (Remor E. y., 2001) para evaluar el nivel de estrés en 17 empleados. El objetivo principal es identificar los factores que contribuyen al estrés laboral y cómo este afecta las condiciones físicas, sociales y psicológicas de los trabajadores. Se busca proporcionar a la organización estrategias de intervención que promuevan entornos de trabajo más saludables, equitativos y productivos.
La metodología de investigación será mixta y descriptiva, combinando enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos para obtener una comprensión integral del fenómeno del estrés laboral en ADECCO. El cuestionario Versión Española de la Escala de Estrés Percibido (PSS-14) es un instrumento que evalúa el nivel de estrés percibido durante el último mes, consta de 14 ítems (Remor E. y., 2001) permitirá recopilar datos cuantitativos sobre los niveles de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y realización personal en los empleados. Además, se llevarán a cabo entrevistas cualitativas para explorar en profundidad las experiencias individuales y las percepciones sobre el estrés laboral.
This research study focuses on understanding the causes and effects of work-related stress on ADECCO employees in Bucaramanga. The Spanish version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14) is an instrument that evaluates the level of perceived stress during the last month, it consists of 14 items (Remor E. y., 2001) questionnaire will be used to assess stress levels in 17 employees. The main objective is to identify factors contributing to work-related stress and how it affects the physical, social, and psychological conditions of workers. The aim is to provide the organization with intervention strategies that promote healthier, fairer, and more productive work environments. The research methodology will be mixed and descriptive, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of workrelated stress at ADECCO. Additionally, qualitative interviews will be conducted to explore individual experiences and perceptions of work-related stress in depth.
