Evaluación de procedimiento de nómina en empresa del sector constructor por medio del CMI
El presente es un trabajo de investigación pretende evaluar el desempeño del manual de procedimientos para el área de registro de novedades de nómina, fruto de la práctica profesional realizada en la constructora ubicada en la ciudad de Medellín, a través del Cuadro de Mando Integral. El manual se realizó como medida para mejorar el proceso de registro de novedades de nómina, pues se generaron muchos inconvenientes tales como retrasos al momento de pagar los recargos y las horas extras a los trabajadores, también se pretendió realizar la gestión de cobros de incapacidades por enfermedad general a las EPS de manera oportuna y eficiente. Se realiza a través de la metodología mixta con método analítico, se utilizan herramientas como la encuesta y su instrumento es un cuestionario cerrado, el cual permite la construcción del Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI); también se utiliza la entrevista semi-estructurada para conocer la percepción de los empleados vinculados al proceso de registro de novedades; a través de la matriz de triangulación se integra y se compara la información que arroja el Cuadro de Mando Integral y la entrevista, arrojando un desempeño optimo del manual, corrección de errores que se presentaban antes de su implementación y que se evidencia en el personal de la empresa una percepción favorable.
This is a research work that aims to evaluate the performance of the procedures manual for the area of registration of payroll news, as a result of the professional practice carried out in the construction company located in the Medellín city, through the Balanced Scorecard. The manual was carried out as a measure to improve the process of registering payroll news, since many inconveniences were generated such as delays when paying surcharges and overtime to workers, it was also intended to carry out the management of disability charges for general illness to EPS in a timely and efficient manner. It is carried out through the mixed methodology with an analytical method, tools such as the survey are used and its instrument is a closed questionnaire, which allows the construction of the Balanced Scorecard (CMI); The mid-structured interview is also used to know the perception of the employees linked to the process of registering news; Through the triangulation matrix, the information provided by the Balanced Scorecard and the interview is integrated and compared, yielding an optimal performance of the manual, correction of errors that occurred before its implementation and that is evidenced in the personnel of the company a favorable perception.
