Abstract
En el entorno de las empresas de servicios temporales, el clima organizacional juega un papel fundamental en la realización exitosa de proyectos. Este factor, tiene un impacto directo en la eficiencia y efectividad de las actividades propuestas dentro de los proyectos. Explorar cómo el clima organizacional influye en la ejecución y resultados de los proyectos es esencial para mejorar la gestión de recursos humanos y optimizar la productividad de la empresa. En este proyecto de investigación se propone examinar en detalle la correlación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño de los proyectos en el contexto de Nexarte. A través de una investigación, se buscará identificar los factores clave del clima organizacional que impactan directamente en la planificación, ejecución y resultados de los proyectos; para esto se planteará un marco de referencia con el fin de dar sustento a la investigación y se propondrá un enfoque metodológico que plantee estrategias para desarrollar cada uno de los objetivos propuestos. Nexarte, se está viendo afectada debido a la alta rotación de empleados de planta y en misión, falta de acompañamiento, inestabilidad organizacional por el tipo de contrato y la ausencia de capacitación, planes de formación, reconocimiento y proyección profesional. Esto ha afectado negativamente los proyectos de la empresa por la pérdida de personal competente y la interrupción en la continuidad de los proyectos, generando retrasos en entregas y compromisos. Este documento investigará la correlación entre el clima organizacional y el desarrollo de los proyectos en Nexarte.
In the temporary service companies' context, the organizational climate plays a fundamental role in the successful realization of projects. This aspect has a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed activities within the projects. Explore how the organizational climate influences the projects' execution and results, is essential to improve Human Resources management and optimize the company's productivity. This research project seeks to analyze in detail the correlation between organizational climate and project performance in the context of Nexarte. Through this research, it will be attempted to identify the key factors of the organizational climate which directly impact the planning, execution and results of the projects. For this purpose, a reference framework is proposed in order to support this research as well as a methodological approach that provides strategies for the development of each of the proposed objectives. Nexarte is being affected due to the high turnover of plant and mission employees, lack of guidance, organizational instability due to the contract type, absence of training, formation schemes, and professional recognition and projection. As a result, the company's projects have been negatively affected by the loss of qualified personnel and the interruption of the projects' continuity, resulting in delays in delivery and commitments. This document will investigate the correlation between the organizational climate and the development of projects in Nexarte.
