Abstract
Este libro recoge la experiencia desarrollada por las consultas populares frente a proyectos extractivos, que como mecanismos de participación constitucional, fueron exitosos en su gestión participativa y en el resultado de votación en defensa de la vida, los territorios y bienes comunes.
The book is the result of the investigation process carried out by the authors during the years 2020 and 2021, from the Social Communication - Journalism program of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation (Uniminuto) at its office headquarters in Bogotá and the Center for Education for Development (CED) of Soacha. It takes the experience developed by the popular consultations against extractive projects, which as mechanisms of constitutional participation, were successful in their participatory management and in the result of voting in defense of life, territories and common goods.
