In this thesis, I propose to conduct an assessment of the psychosocial risks affecting temporary workers on assignment for a national agency. This is a group of collaborators present nationwide with diverse characteristics, but above all, they require a stable mental health, as their performance in the four-year multipurpose cadastral update depends on it. Beyond numbers and statistics, the aim is to understand their reality by analyzing the psychosocial factors associated with their working, organizational, and personal conditions. The initial objective is to conduct a quantitative survey to measure the level of psychosocial risk factors in these workers, not only to identify these challenges in terms of their perceived mental health but also to propose intervention strategies that contribute to their well-being and the construction of a healthier and more humane work environment during their temporary assignments. Finally, it is hoped that this work will help identify the situations faced by these workers and thus implement strategies that will improve conditions in all the territories where they are employed, seeking to harmonize the work environment to contribute to the improvement of mental health at work, in addition to performance in their duties. These psychosocial factors are due to experiences and perceptions that result in positive situations based on the well-being and health of employees, which ultimately provide a balance in their work and personal life, as well as in the working conditions and productivity of these. On the other hand, negative situations can also be generated that lead to work situations that trigger psychosocial effects and physical and mental health (OIT, 1997). During the research, it was evident that the identification of factors related to intra-work situations poses a high risk, considering aspects such as work demands, control over work, leadership of labor relations, and rewards. These factors require intervention, designed to improve the work environment and workers' sense of belonging. Furthermore, it is important to mention that workers manage non-work conditions appropriately, considering that their work life allows them time for their personal lives. However, since they do not receive adequate financial compensation, it is suggested that policies related to profiles and salary compensation be reviewed to consider a better quality of life, in order to achieve an emotional salary that permeates their personal, family, and social quality of life. Finally, it is important to note that each employee in the workplace has a perception of general and specific conditions, which can lead to somatizing these situations and turning them into issues of mental health, stress, anxiety, and depression. Therefore, temporary services agencies must identify the general factors that must be addressed to ensure a suitable work environment that fosters a sense of belonging, comfort, and satisfaction with their work and the work environment. Thus, based on the application of research, an intervention focused on the health and well-being of workers on assignment is necessary, as this is directly related to the development and performance of the functions performed, as well as the overall goal of the project.
