Abstract
La seguridad laboral y la preparación para emergencias son fundamentales en el sector de
alimentos cárnicos. Para contribuir a esta necesidad, se propone diseñar una cartilla digital que
presente el plan de emergencias de forma clara y accesible, integrando estrategias de aprendizaje
adaptadas a las preferencias individuales de los trabajadores. Los objetivos específicos incluyen
caracterizar la población mediante encuestas, identificar las estrategias de aprendizaje adecuadas
y crear herramientas digitales y físicas de apoyo, obteniendo como resultado una cartilla figital
con herramientas pedagógicas dinámicas que permitan el aprendizaje de los planes de
emergencia. Se empleará un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo, basado en la recopilación y
análisis de datos numéricos, para medir y generalizar resultados objetivamente. La comprensión
de cómo las personas absorben y procesan la información es crucial para adaptar las estrategias
de aprendizaje y diseñar materiales efectivos y personalizados.
La investigación se lleva a cabo con un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando una encuesta
como instrumento para caracterizar a la población y determinar el estilo de aprendizaje
predominante de los 20 trabajadores encuestados. Al interpretar los datos de las encuestas
identificamos que predomina el aprendizaje visual entre los trabajadores de la empresa del sector
cárnico, conociendo está información la estrategia de aprendizaje planteada incluye elementos
dinámicos como imágenes, videos y actividades lúdicas que facilitarán el aprendizaje del plan de
emergencias.
Se concluye que la importancia de comprender la programación Neurolingüística como un
enfoque valioso para entender como las personas aprenden y procesan la información,
identificando los estilos de aprendizaje predominantes en los trabajadores y de esta manera
diseñando estrategias más efectivas para la capacitación en seguridad laboral y preparación
para emergencias.

A quantitative research approach will be used, based on the collection and analysis of numerical data, to measure and generalize results objectively. The research is carried out with a quantitative approach, using a survey as an instrument to characterize the population and determine the predominant learning style of the 20 surveyed workers. When interpreting the survey data, we identified that visual learning predominates among the workers in the meat processing company. With this information in mind, the proposed learning strategy includes dynamic elements such as images, videos, and playful activities that will facilitate the learning of the emergency plan. It is concluded that understanding Neuro-Linguistic Programming is important for comprehending how people learn and process information. By identifying the predominant learning styles in workers, more effective strategies can be designed for occupational safety training and emergency preparedness.
