Estrategia de capacitación ludo preventiva en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para los colaboradores de la empresa de Servicios Públicos de Flandes

Abstract
Durante el desarrollo de las prácticas profesionales en el periodo 2020-2, la Empresa de
Servicios Públicos de Flandes me brindó la oportunidad de trabajar con la organización por
medio de un contrato de aprendizaje y apoyar al responsable del sistema de gestión de la
seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) en la implementación de las actividades establecidas
por el plan anual de trabajo y el plan anual de capacitaciones que comprende todos los temas
relacionados con el decreto 1072 de 2015 y de la resolución 0312 de 2019.
A través de las actividades programadas, se identificaron y evaluaron los diferentes
procesos del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, diariamente se trabajó en el
mejoramiento continuo de la empresa, sin embargo, mediante las prácticas se observó la falta de
compromiso por parte de los trabajadores en el momento de participar de las capacitaciones
orientadas por la Aseguradora de Riesgos Laborales o por el responsable del sistema de gestión
de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, también se logró identificar que muchos de los trabajadores
no tienen claro cuáles son los peligros y riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestos.
Con lo anterior, surgió la idea de implementar la Ludo Prevención que enseña a través de
actividades dinámicas el aprendizaje para la buena cultura frente a los peligros y riesgos a los
que están expuestos los trabajadores de la Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Flandes, y a su vez
se hizo uso de los artículos 2.2.4.6.11 y 2.2.4.6.15 del decreto 1072 de 2015 donde define los
requisitos que se deben adoptar para dar cumplimiento a las capacitaciones de inducción y
reinducción de los trabajadores para la identificación de los peligros y riesgos existentes en la
empresa.
De esta forma, la empresa y los trabajadores contarán con un método de aprendizaje más
lúdico que se aplica a las diferentes actividades que ayudan a evaluar la efectividad de cada una
de las capacitaciones enfocadas en los peligros y riesgos de los empleados de la organización.
Por lo anterior se crearon diferentes actividades ludo preventivas que deben ser aplicadas
en el plan anual de capacitaciones de la organización, estas actividades se dividen en cada uno de
los riesgos identificados y evaluados por la matriz de peligros, como herramienta que permita la
capacitación del personal y que los mismos puedan tener la facilidad de identificar cada uno de
los riesgos a los que están expuestos y que la empresa pueda brindar capacitaciones por un
método más sencillo y práctico.

Through the programmed activities, the different processes of the occupational health and safety management system were identified and evaluated, daily work was carried out on the continuous improvement of the company, however, through the practices, a lack of commitment was observed. by the workers at the time of participating in the trainings guided by the ARL or by the person in charge of the occupational health and safety management system, it was also possible to identify that many of the workers are not clear about the dangers and risks to which they are exposed. With the above, the idea arose to implement Ludo Prevention that teaches through dynamic activities the learning for good culture in the face of the dangers and risks to which the workers of the Flanders Public Service Company are exposed, and in turn Articles 2.2.4.6.11 and 2.2.4.6.15 of Decree 1072 of 2015 were used, which define requirements that must be adopted to comply with the induction and reinduction training of workers for the identification of hazards and risks existing in the company. In this way, the company and the workers will have a more playful learning method that is applied to the different activities that help to evaluate the effectiveness of each of the training focused on the dangers and risks of the organization's employees. Therefore, different preventive ludo activities were created that must be applied in the organization's annual training plan, these activities are divided into each of the risks identified and evaluated by the hazard matrix, as a tool that allows staff training and that they can have the facility to identify each of the risks to which they are exposed and that the company can provide training by a simpler and more practical method.

La seguridad y salud en el trabajo es una disciplina que busca prevenir lesiones y
enfermedades para la protección y bienestar de los trabajadores, es el motivo por el cual se
realiza esta sistematización aplicando las medidas que ayuden al beneficio de la empresa y del
trabajador por medio de la ludo prevención motivando a los colaboradores en la participación, y
sobre todo el querer instruir de una forma más efectiva comprendiendo cada uno de los temas
que se desarrollan en el proceso de las capacitaciones.
