Abstract
Se presenta a continuación el informe que es el reflejo de las actividades desarrolladas
desde el área de Servicio Al Cliente en la empresa Red Especializada de Transporte
REDETRANS S.A. Además de las situaciones evidenciadas en el ejercicio de la práctica
profesional, bajo el marco de vínculo laboral Intermediación. En él, se expresa el diagnóstico del
área Servicio Al Cliente (abreviado SAC) así como la identificación de las necesidades de la
empresa con lo referente a No Conformidades en la operación de transporte de mercancía,
concretamente para la regional Centro (una de las 10 regionales de Redetrans S.A. en el país).
Logrando identificar las posibles causas o situaciones que generan las novedades, lo que se busca
es reducir en la medida de lo posible la aparición de nuevas novedades en el mediano y largo
plazo.
El desarrollo de las actividades en el área de Servicio al Cliente permitió conocer de
primera mano la distribución de mercancía y todo lo que implica. A su vez, se tuvo
acercamiento al área de indemnización, donde a partir de las distintas disposiciones legales y
documentales, se refleja el impacto económico y financiero de cada una de las novedades
surgidas en la operación y el manejo que tiene lugar cada caso.
The following is a report that reflects the activities carried out by the Customer Service area in the company Red Especializada de Transporte REDETRANS S.A. In addition to the situations evidenced in the exercise of professional practice, under the framework of Intermediation. In it, the diagnosis of the Customer Service area (abbreviated SAC) is expressed as well as the identification of the needs of the company with regard to Non-Conformities in the merchandise transport operation, specifically for the regional Center (one of the 10 regional offices of Redetrans SA in the country). In order to identify the possible causes or situations that generate the news, what is sought is to reduce as much as possible the appearance of new developments in the medium and long term. The development of activities in the Customer Service area allowed us to know first-hand the distribution of merchandise and all that it implies. At the same time, the compensation area was approached, where, based on the different legal and documentary provisions, the economic and financial impact of each of the novelties arising in the operation and the handling that takes place in each case is reflected.

Reducir el número de novedades presentadas en bodega, surgidas de la actividad de
transporte de carga y mensajería. Optimizando el proceso de recolección, almacenamiento y
distribución de mercancía a nivel regional.
