dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación expone los retos y oportunidades que conllevan la relación que podría darse entre la inteligencia artificial y la economía circular para potenciar la competitividad empresarial de la MiPyme del municipio de Ocaña. En esa medida, emplearon técnicas que involucrando tanto la revisión documental de literatura académica relacionada con la temática objeto de estudio como cuestionarios aplicados a una muestra seleccionada de 10 MiPymes de la ciudad de Ocaña que permitieran conocer el contexto y la dinámica local con respecto a la actualización tecnológica en materia de infraestructura, políticas organizacionales y formación del personal. De esa forma, los hallazgos obtenidos durante el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos permitieron establecer que en la región la implementación de herramientas basadas en IA para el fortalecimiento de las prácticas sostenibles y de EC es algo incipiente, toda vez que están condicionados por aspectos culturales y de apoyo estatal para su adopción integral. Así mismo, se planteó que es necesario fortalecer las capacidades dinámicas de las Mipymes para lograr avances significativos hacia la competitividad sostenible y la innovación empresarial
