Abstract
Los cambios climáticos condicionan la cotidianidad e incluso la forma con la que se le hace frente a diversas circunstancias es así como también las tendencias de marketing han de ser exigentes, por lo tanto, se diseñaron estrategias de mercadeo para la distribución de electrodomésticos para el sector hotelero de Costa Rica; dentro de este trabajo se establecen propuestas de exportación y posicionamiento para la capital, San José, donde también se concentra la mayor parte del sector hotelero de la ciudad y además se concentran líderes de inversión, de negociación y transformación del país. Costa Rica es uno de los países de la región que ha tener un gobierno estable y es el centro de desarrollos futuros centrados en el cuidado ambiental, la eficiencia energética y la misma transformación Hotelera, es por eso que además se ha de considerar como un ejemplo y una plaza para innovar otorgándole una posible entrada al producto.
The climatic changes condition the daily life even the way in which we face different circumstances, this is how marketing trends have to be demanding, therefore, marketing strategies were designed for the distribution of household appliances for the hotel sector in Costa Rica; within this work, export and positioning proposals are established for the capital, San José, where most of the hotel sector of the city is also concentrated and where the leaders of investment, negotiation and transformation of the country are also focused. Costa Rica is one of the countries in the region that have a stable government and is the center of future developments based on environmental care, energy efficiency and the transformation of the hotel industry, which is why it should also be considered as an example and a place to innovate, providing a possible entry for the product.
