dc.description.abstractLos cambios teóricos contemporáneos han dado al capital intelectual como valor intangible un papel preponderante que insta a las empresas a su reconocimiento y encause hacia la favorabilidad financiera empresarial. Objetivo: Determinar el capital intelectual de la empresa Industrial Cacaotera del Huila SA Tolimax S.A, durante el periodo 2017-2018. Metodología: Cuantitativa de diseño no experimental y tipo descriptiva de corte transversal, con una muestra no probabilística y por instrumento “Investigación en capital intelectual” validad para estudio por macroproyecto en el eje cafetero. Resultados: Cada uno de los componentes del capital intelectual (capital humano, capital estructural y capital relacional), arrojaron tanto debilidades como fortalezas, pero, dadas las inclinaciones de las puntuaciones en los tres se requiere de un mayor compromiso y gestión para mejoras y sus consecuente beneficios para la organización en su productividad como en su competitividad. Conclusión: El capital intelectual es un valor intangible que la empresa necesita primero conocer plenamente para fortalecer y así direccionar su debido aprovechamiento
dc.description.abstract. The contemporary theoretical changes have given intellectual capital as an intangible value a preponderant role that urges companies to recognize and engage in corporate financial favoritism. Objective: Determine the intellectual capital of the Industrial Company Cacaotera del Huila SA Tolimax S.A, during the period 2017-2018. Methodology: Quantitative non-experimental design and descriptive type of cross section, with a non-probabilistic sample and by instrument "Research in intellectual capital" validity for study by macroproject in the coffee axis. Results: Each one of the components of the intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital and relational capital), showed weaknesses as well as strengths, but, given the inclinations of the scores in the three, it requires a greater commitment and management for improvements and their consequent benefits for the organization in its productivity as in its competitiveness. Conclusion: Intellectual capital is an intangible value that the company needs to first fully know in order to strengthen and thus direct its proper use.
