Abstract
La economía del parque automotor, puntualmente el de las motocicletas, que se agruparán específicamente en las de alto cilindraje, se ha visto afectada por la falta de regulación de costos en los procesos de reparación y/o personalización de estas, creando un disgusto general en el gremio, obligándolos a alzar la voz en redes sociales a través de cuentas famosas en el gremio automotor como: FULLGAS, SERGIO SIERRA MOTOS, AFRICA MOTOS, entre otras. Se encuentra en esta problemática, basados en nuestra experiencia administrativa, financiera y en el negocio de las motocicletas una gran oportunidad para intervenir y hacer una propuesta que quizá sea difícil estandarizar los costos de las
reparaciones estéticas o visuales que afectan directamente los plásticos y algunas partes de pintura en este tipo de motocicletas, se pueda entregar, por medio de la investigación y el análisis, una alternativa de bajo costo para estos servicios, basados en buenas prácticas de calidad en el tratamiento de las piezas y partes en general. Se realizará una investigación de los costos promedio de reparaciones especificas en algunos centros de servicio para evidenciar porqué se presentan las alzas, si es simplemente por el costo de las motos o si también hay usura o algunos otros factores, culminando con una propuesta que ofrezca algunos de esos servicios a precios bajos y garanticen la rentabilidad.
The economy of the automotive fleet, specifically that of motorcycles, which we are going to group them specifically in those of high displacement, has been affected by the lack of regulation of costs in the processes of repair and / or customization of these, creating a general displeasure in the guild, forcing them to raise their voices in social networks through famous accounts in the automotive guild as: FULLGAS, SERGIO SIERRA MOTOS, AFRICA MOTOS, among others. We found in this problem, based on our administrative and financial experience and in the motorcycle business a great opportunity to intervene and make a proposal that although it may be difficult to standardize the costs of aesthetic or visual repairs that directly affect the plastics and some parts of paint in this type of motorcycles, we can deliver, through research and analysis, a low cost alternative for these services, based on good quality practices in the treatment of parts and parts in general. An investigation of the average costs of specific repairs in some service centers will be carried out to show why there are increases, if it is simply due to the cost of the motorcycles or if there is also usury or some other factors, culminating with a proposal that offers some of these services at low prices and guarantee profitability.

Identificar los costos de restauración y reparación para motocicletas de alto cilindraje en el municipio de Itagüí a través de visitas y cotizaciones a los centros de restauración, con el fin de exponer a los propietarios de dichos negocios estrategias competitivas de bajo costo.
