Abstract
Esta investigación busca comprender la percepción que tiene el sujeto en la etapa de prejubilación sobre su retiro laboral, donde sus voces narren las experiencias entorno a este momento crucial de su vida. Para esto, se estableció un dialogo con sujetos prejubilados en los entornos laborales de salud, educación, social y familiar con el propósito de tener una mirada integral de la realidad que viven estos sujetos a nivel social, familiar y laboral. Por lo cual, se va a dialogar con sujetos prejubilados, a tres años de alcanzar la jubilación, que estén inmersos en alguno de estos tres entornos laborales: social-comunitario, salud y educación en la ciudad de Medellín. Las técnicas se aplicarán a siete sujetos en etapa de prejubilación, bajo la siguiente metodología: enfoque de la investigación cualitativo, paradigma es hermenéutico, como perspectiva teórica se contempla la fenomenología al igual que en el método, las técnicas de recolección de información son la entrevista semiestructurada y observación participante, se tienen en cuenta las consideraciones éticas y el consentimiento informado. Es así como las vivencias de los sujetos prejubilados plantean la necesidad de generar estrategias de intervención donde se busque un abordaje holístico y les permita un transitar armonioso en esta etapa de ciclo vital. Uno de los hallazgos significativos es plantear la prejubilación como una etapa de ciclo vital, con el fin de generar procesos de reconocimiento a esta población para identificar su percepción sobre la jubilación y cuáles son los recursos cognitivos y conductuales con los que se enfrentan al retiro laboral.
This research seeks to understand the subject perception during the early retirement stage about his retirement from work, where their voices tell the experiences related to this crucial moment in their life. To make this possible, it was established a dialogue with early retired people in health, education, social, and family environments aiming to have an integral look at the reality that those subjects live at a social, family, and work level. Therefore, we will dialogue with early retired subjects, three years after reaching retirement, who are immersed in one of these three work environments: social-community, health and education in the Medellín city. The techniques will be applied to seven subjects in pre-retirement stage, under the methodology of qualitative research approach, the paradigm is hermeneutic, phenomenology is considered as a theoretical perspective and also is considered in the method, the techniques for gathering information are the semi-structured interview and participant observation, ethical considerations and informed consent are taken into account. In this way, the experiences of early retired subjects raise the need to generate intervention strategies where a holistic approach is sought, and it allows them to have a harmonious transition in this life cycle stage. One of the main findings is to consider early retirement as a stage in the life cycle, to generate recognition processes for this population and to identify their perception of retirement and which are the cognitive and behavioral resources to face the retirement from work.
