Abstract
Tanto los inicios como la culminación de este proyecto lleva con sigo propósitos académicos y sociales, académicos porque se busca optar al título de psicólogas y sociales por la búsqueda de las afectaciones psicosociales en el entorno laboral de las personas diagnosticadas con tuberculosis que hacen parte del Programa de Vigilancia Epidemiológica en Apartadó, Antioquia, año 2018, para posteriormente hacer su debida descripción según los objetivos propuestos en esta investigación y propuestas de mejora para la orientación y acompañamiento de dichos pacientes. El enfoque en el que se inscribe este proyecto es cualitativo, con diseño fenomenológico y alcance descriptivo. Para su realización se sustrajo primeramente información de los registros del programa de vigilancia epidemiológica del Municipio de Apartado Antioquia, luego se aplicó una encuesta a quince pacientes que hacen parte de este programa y finalmente se realizó una entrevista semiestructurada a cinco de ellos, Lo cual dio como respuesta a todo el proceso investigativo que las afectaciones psicosociales más comunes en el entorno laboral de las personas diagnosticadas con tuberculosis que hacen parte del programa de vigilancia epidemiológica de Apartadó Antioquia año 2018 son: la tristeza, la soledad, la angustia, la amargura, el rechazo, el abandono y el miedo.
