Sistematización del diseño de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
A partir del 25 de febrero del año 2019, la empresa Arley Manuel Conrado Santiago por medio de la encargada de la Seguridad y la Salud en el trabajo, da inicio al diseño de sistema de gestión del riesgo de la empresa. En compañía de la estudiante practicante de la Fundación Universitaria Minuto de Dios Alba Yanedy Tangarife y mediante la asesoría de su equipo docente, se empiezan a realizar las labores que darán como fruto el diseño de Gestión del Riesgo en dicha empresa. Para esto, se ejecutan visitas y capacitaciones semanalmente por parte de la profesional y de la practicante para llevar cuenta de los factores de riesgo presentes en las labores operativas y administrativas en la empresa. De lo anterior, y siguiendo fielmente los estándares específicos de la resolución 0312 de 2019 se estructura un plan de acción que debe ser llevado a cabo por los miembros activos de la empresa, el cual consta de capacitación en el manejo de herramientas de trabajo, capacitación en la aplicación de medidas de seguridad y haciendo entrega de los mismos, a su vez haciendo chequeo y control de la zona de trabajo, también se realizaron charlas sobre la conducta y el ambiente laboral entre colaboradores, dando así cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados al inicio de la planeación.

From the above, and faithfully following the specific standards of resolution 0312 of 2019, an action plan is structured to be carried out by the active members of the company, which consists of training in the handling of work tools, training in the application of security measures and delivering them, in turn by checking and controlling the work area, talks were also held on the behavior and the working environment among collaborators, thus fulfilling the objectives set at the beginning of the planning
