Trainer of trainers to the challenges of an inclusive education

Abstract

The importance of knowing the subject to work on, invites the educational community to make evident the need for training teachers due to the challenges of an inclusive education. It aims to make teachers aware to the different current educational necessities, in favor to strengthen our coexistence and democratic culture according to the 21st century challenges.La importancia del conocimiento sobre el tema invita a evidenciar la formación de formadores ante los retos de una educación inclusiva, pretendiendo que responda a la búsqueda de concienciar a los educadores frente a las diferentes necesidades educativas, en pro de fortalecer una cultura democrática y de convivencia acorde a los desafíos del siglo XXI.
