Abstract
Este trabajo se basa en la investigación de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de unas cabañas temáticas en el municipio de Nuevo Colón, vereda Tejar Arriba. Considerando lo anterior cabe resaltar, el ecoturismo está ganando gran popularidad en todo el mundo, debido a que cada vez más turistas de varios países quieren pasar sus vacaciones en escenarios naturales y culturales únicos, y afortunadamente Colombia es uno de ellos. Con base en los beneficios que trae el turismo al desarrollo y crecimiento económico de una región, se establece la forma en que estos pueden manifestarse en el municipio. El proyecto cuenta con una serie de antecedentes que sirven de base para diversos estudios que permitirán tomar una decisión final sobre la viabilidad financiera de la creación del centro vacacional. Basados en los resultados obtenidos durante la investigación de esta idea de negocio, se evidencia que el proyecto necesita una gran inyección de capital, de la cual se pueden esperar grandes resultados en la ejecución, aun estimando un porcentaje de ocupación del 49% aproximadamente. Finalmente, se reconocen a personas interesadas en la ejecución del proyecto con vinculaciones de productores y prestadores de servicios locales.
This work is based on the investigation of a feasibility study for the creation of some thematic cabins in the municipality of Nuevo Colón, Tejar Arriba village. Considering the above, it should be noted that ecotourism is gaining great popularity around the world, due to the fact that more and more tourists from various countries want to spend their vacations in unique natural and cultural settings, and fortunately Colombia is one of them. Based on the benefits that tourism brings to the development and economic growth of a region, the way in which these can manifest themselves in the municipality is established. The project has a series of antecedents that serve as the basis for various studies that will allow a final decision to be made on the financial viability of the creation of the vacation center. Based on the results obtained during the investigation of this business idea, it is evident that the project needs a large injection of capital, from which great results can be expected in the execution, even estimating an occupancy rate of approximately 49%. Finallypeople interested in the execution of the project with links to producers and local service providers are recognized
