Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado hace referencia a la formulación del plan de negocios del Hotel Saivita en el municipio de Guadalupe, Santander. Dentro del documento se desarrollaron las siguientes etapas: la primera, fue realizar un estudio de mercado basado en fuentes primarias y secundarias donde se pudo observar las condiciones de demanda y oferta del sector turismo en el municipio. En la segunda etapa se determinaron las necesidades técnicas y de infraestructura del proyecto. Posteriormente en la tercera etapa se desarrolló la parte administrativa y legal, a partir de este diagnóstico se identificó cada rol y función del recurso humano y para finalizar en la cuarta etapa se identificaron los indicadores de evaluación financiera observando la viabilidad del proyecto.
This degree work refers to the formulation of the business plan of the Hotel Saivita in the municipality of Guadalupe, Santander with in the document the following stages were developed: the first was to carry out a market study based on primary and secondary sources where it was possible to observe the demand and supply conditions of the tourism sector in the municipality. In the second stage, the technical and infrastructure needs of the project were determined. Subsequently, in the third stage, the administrative and legal part was developed, from this diagnosis each role and function of the human resource was identified and to finish in the fourth stage, the financial evaluation indicators were identified, observing the feasibility of th project.
