Abstract
Esta investigación se realiza dentro de la práctica pedagógica del I. E. D. Instituto Nacional de Promoción
Social a partir del subcampo de pedagogía de la Maestría en Comunicación - Educación en la Cultura.
Tiene en cuenta la participación de los estudiantes de décimo y undécimo de la institución educativa,
sus directivas, asesores de tesis y docentes de la UNIMINUTO, quienes orientaron y brindaron la
información necesaria para aportar otras formas de hacer pedagogía de acuerdo con la visión de la
maestría, en tanto se reconocen otras formas de saber, otras formas de hacer y otras formas de
interpretar la cultura y la comunicación del ejercicio pedagógico.
La educación durante el bachillerato se encuentra a la deriva al tratar de hallar modelos pedagógicos
que promuevan la creatividad y potencien las habilidades de los estudiantes. Como consecuencia,
termina aplicándolos bajo la misma esencia del modelo tradicional. A partir de esta situación, una de
estas estrategias inicia en el modelo tradicional y encuentra la forma de innovar el ejercicio del
aprendizaje junto con la dinámica del aula. De esta manera, no se pretende superar el modelo
tradicional, sino flexibilizar sus estructuras arraigadas en la educación bancaria y fomentar el
pensamiento multidimensional, a través del Ágora como estrategia pedagógica, la cual surge como una
experiencia de aula en la educación tradicional para fomentar el pensamiento multidimensional desde la
filosofía
This research is carried out within the pedagogical practice of the "I.E.D national institute for social promotion" from the pedagogical subfield of the master on communication - education on culture. Takes into account participation of ten and eleventh grade students of the institute, it's directives, tesis assesors and "UNIMINUTO" teacher's, who guided and offered the necesaary information to share some other ways for doing pedagogy according to the vision of the master, while it recognizes another ways to know, another ways to do and another ways to interpret the culture and communication of pedagogical exercise. Education during high school it finds itself adrift trying to discover pedagogy models that promote creativity and maximize the student's skills. As a result, ends applying it under the same essence of the traditional model. From this situation, one of the strategies starts on the traditional model and finds the way to innovate the learning exercise together with the dynamic of the classroom. By this way, it does not pretend to exceed the traditional model but reflexilize it's structures rooted in banking education and foment the multidimensional thinking, through the Agora as pedagogical strategy, which arises as a classroom experience on traditional education to promote the multidimensional thinking from the philosophy
