Abstract
La empresa Sinnergy12 es una empresa colombiana que vende productos a base de cannabis, donde sus canales de venta son directo con el cliente y ve la necesidad de tener un aplicativo web para poder amplificar y mejorar este proceso y así llegar a más clientes; para desarrollarla se utilizó el marco de proceso o trabajo es Scrum adecuada al desarrollo de software donde se realizarán fases como: Recopilación y análisis de información, diseño de interfaces, desarrollo del aplicativo, pruebas y mejoras que se utilizaron con el fin de lograr una mayor fluidez en las ventas de los productos que ofrece la empresa.
One of the tools that has been strengthening worldwide in recent years and that took even more strength by the unexpected arrival of the pandemic occurred in 2020 by the SARS coronavirus, were social networks, websites, mobile apps, and web applications, as they are very easy, dynamic, and very accessible sales channels for all people and important to reach the consumer in terms of trade. Based on an article in the newspaper La República and based on a study conducted by the Colombian Chamber of Electronic Commerce (S.A.S., 2021)it is highlighted that: "E-commerce experienced an accelerated growth in 2020 as a response to the confinement measures established in the country, experiencing an increase of 11% per week in the most critical moments of the quarantine".
