Sistematización práctica profesional Protección en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo PROSSET

Abstract

Durante la selección de las prácticas profesionales 2022-2, se optó por realizarla bajo la clasificación de emprendimiento productivo donde se desarrolló la idea emprendedora mediante un modelo de negocio denominado Protección y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo PROSEET, por medio del cual se brindaran asesorías y consultorías del SG-SST a las micro y pequeñas empresas de Chaparral región central sur del Tolima, con una proyección de reconocimiento y en la prestación de estos servicios extendidos a los municipios aledaños de Chaparral. Consiguientemente se recopilo toda la información realizada en la Práctica Profesional para dar pie a la sistematización y junto con ella la reconstrucción de la experiencia con la metodología de los cinco tiempos de Oscar Jara, herramienta que permitió la modificación y retroalimentación de aspectos importantes como lo fue, el modelo de servicios que se van a ofrecer, el estudio financiero, la estrategia de comercialización, esperando ya con este ajuste proporcionar a los clientes potenciales el diseño e implementación del SG-SST y toda la información concerniente a este sistema y el obligatorio cumplimiento de la norma que lo reglamenta, aportando a la región un crecimiento económico y una cultura de prevención de riesgos y enfermedades laborales, el autocuidado y el bienestar de los contextos laborales de la población objeto del proyecto.

During the selection of the professional practices 2022-2, it was decided to carry it out under the classification of productive entrepreneurship where the entrepreneurial idea was developed through a business model called Protection and Safety and Health at Work PROSEET, through which advice will be provided and consultancies from the SG-SST to micro and small businesses in Chaparral, south central region of Tolima, with a projection of recognition and in the provision of these services extended to the surrounding municipalities of Chaparral. Consequently, all the information carried out in the Professional Practice was collected to give rise to the systematization and together with it the reconstruction of the experience with the methodology of the five times of Oscar Jara, a tool that allowed the modification and feedback of important aspects such as it was , the service model to be offered, the financial study, the marketing strategy, already hoping with this adjustment to provide potential clients with the design and implementation of the SG-SST and all the information concerning this system and the mandatory compliance of the norm that regulates it, contributing to the region an economic growth and a culture of prevention of occupational risks and diseases, self-care and well-being of the work contexts of the population object of the project.
