Abstract
Este trabajo de Grado comprende el emprendimiento de un negocio de empanadas llaneras
que viene de una tradición familiar, la cual deseamos retomar.
Proponemos una idea innovadora que nos llevara a ser una de las empresas reconocidas y
solidas del mercado actual de comidas rápidas, gracias a los conocimientos adquiridos
durante la trayectoria de nuestra carrera implementaremos un modelo de negocio que nos
favorezca a corto plazo ver excelentes resultados en ganancias
Nuestro negocio estará ubicado en el barrio Calvo sur de la localidad San Cristóbal, al sur
de la ciudad de Bogotá
En el primer año proyectamos comercializar 156.600.000 empanadas que equivaldrían a
$469.800.000 así lograr posicionarnos en el mercado.
The following bachelor thesis comprises the entrepreneurship of empanadas “llaneras” (belonging from a region located on the Colombian east), which come from a family tradition we would like to take up. Is proposed an innovative idea which will carry us to be one of the most acknowledged and strong companies of the current fast-food market, due to the acquired knowledge during our career path we will implement a business model which will foster in the short term to see excellent results in profits. Our business will be based on the neighborhood Calvo Sur from the locality of San Cristobal, located in the south of Bogotá. In the first year we expect to sell 156.600.000 empanadas, equate to $469.800.000 COP to position in the market.
