Abstract
El presente trabajo recoge la adaptación de un sensor de temperatura a un sistema de alarmas en la central de monitoreo de la empresa Townsend Systems de Colombia. El problema de este proyecto se enfoca en la necesidad de integrar un dispositivo al sistema de alarmas de intrusión actual que maneja la empresa y que permita supervisar el aumento de temperatura en un espacio o lugar específico. El trabajo se realizó basado en la metodología SCRUM la cual nos permitió de manera amplia y ágil indagar acerca de arquitecturas similares en cuanto a sistemas de intrusión, de esta manera se desarrolló cada uno de sus Sprints. Después de las pruebas realizadas en el laboratorio de la empresa utilizando el sensor y los equipos de monitoreo, se pudo comprobar su correcto funcionamiento. De esta manera se evidencia que es viable la integración del sensor de temperatura y se puede constituirse en una solución a las necesidades de los clientes de la empresa Townsend Systems de Colombia y en una oportunidad para ampliar sus productos.
This work includes the adaptation of a temperature sensor to an alarm system in the monitoring center of the company Townsend Systems in Colombia. The problem of this project focuses on the need to integrate a device to the current intrusion alarm system that the company manages and that allows monitoring the increase in temperature in a specific space or place. The work was carried out based on the SCRUM methodology which allowed us in a broad and agile way to inquire about similar architectures in terms of intrusion systems, in this way each of its Sprints was developed. After tests carried out in the company's laboratory using the sensor and monitoring equipment, its correct operation could be verified. In this way, it is evident that the integration of the temperature sensor is viable and can become a solution to the needs of the clients of the Townsend Systems company in Colombia and an opportunity to expand its products.
