Abstract
Este trabajo de grado presenta un informe diagnóstico a la organización Teleperformance para el fortalecimiento de las normas de bioseguridad en empleados del área de operación SURA que realizan trabajo desde casa. Dicho informe diagnostico busca fortalecer y mejorar las condiciones de los empleados a través del reconocimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad, determinando los recursos administrativos de la organización y proponiendo estrategias a implementar dirigido a protocolos de bioseguridad.
Se adelantó un grupo focal, entrevistas, conversatorio y encuestas con empleados del área de operación SURA y la profesional de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; se analizaron los resultados y se establecieron conclusiones en pro del fortalecimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad aplicados en los empleados que realizan trabajo desde casa, población objeto del presente trabajo.
