Abstract
El presente trabajo se lleva a cabo con el objetivo de desarrollar un plan de marketing
digital para el posicionamiento WEB de la empresa valkirya estudio, evidenciando las
necesidades y desventajas actuales de la empresa dedicada a la retrasmisión de eventos
digitales (plataformas de streaming) en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se busca gestionar nuevas
propuestas de marketing digital basándonos en las características actuales del mercado,
analizando hechos y conductas de la competencia. El plan de marketing digital busca en
caminar la atención y decisión de la audiencia a la que se quiere llegar para que creen
identificación, fidelidad y preferencia con la marca y de dicho modo sobre ponerse a las demás
empresas del gremio, se lleva a cabo un estudio de mercado con el objetivo de conocer el
público ideal e identificar cuáles son las variables que influyen en el poco consumo de los
servicios prestados por la empresa y las oportunidades que tiene la misma.
The present work is carried out with the objective of developing a digital marketing plan for the WEB positioning of the company Valkirya Estudio, evidencing the current needs and disadvantages of the company dedicated to the retransmission of digital events (streaming platforms) in the Bucaramanga city. It seeks to manage new digital marketing proposals based on the current characteristics of the market, analyzing facts and behaviors of the competition. The digital marketing plan seeks to walk the attention and decision of the audience that you want to reach so that they create identification, loyalty and preference with the brand and in this way about putting themselves to the other companies in the guild, a Market study with the aim of knowing the ideal public and identifying the variables that influence the low consumption of the services provided by the company and the opportunities that it has.
