Abstract
Planificar el recurso humano, sus interacciones y su bienestar es un conjunto de objetivos intrínsecos a la gestión de personal, las compañías de combustible del sur del valle de Aburrá no son la excepción.
La presente investigación está enfocada en el desarrollo organizacional que define la importancia de la persona humana y el desarrollo integral dentro de las compañías del sector.
Como herramienta para la recolección de información se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas con el personal de dos empresas distribuidoras de combustible, resultados que fueron analizados con el fin de comprender la situación de actual de ambas en cuanto las percepciones de su personal.
Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron problemáticas, tales como la falta de reconocimiento, deficiencias en la comunicación, pocas o nulas posibilidades de ascenso, con el desenlace obvio de la cuarta y última problemática, el mal ambiente de trabajo.
Se proponen entonces varias estrategias con el fin de que las compañías puedan aplicarlas y conservar el más preciado de sus recursos: el talento humano.
