Abstract
Esta sistematización nació en la necesidad de los factores que afectan a la población del
barrio Balcanes de Soacha, entre los cuales pudimos evidenciar familias en condiciones de
pobreza y vulnerabilidad los cuales llevaban a infantes con alto índice de desnutrición, el
objetivo principal del proyecto fue proponer un plan de gestión para un comedor
comunitario infantil en el barrio Balcanes de la comuna 4 de Soacha, el cual cumpla con las
condiciones de brindar en sus instalaciones una alimentación balanceada a niños de escasos
recursos económicos, prestando su servicio de lunes a viernes, en un horario de 11 de la
mañana a 2 de la tarde, beneficiando a los niños entre las edades de 2 a 14 años, el proyecto
se ejecuta en varias etapas la cual inicia con la contextualización del problema siendo la base
teórica del proyecto, la segunda el estudio del mercado la cual nos muestra el
comportamiento de la comunidad objetiva las necesidades, las capacidades, indicadores y
normas que rigen estudios de producción alimentaria permitiendo así dar inicio al proyecto.
This project was born out of the need for the factors that affected the population of the Balcanes de Soacha neighborhood, among which we could find families in conditions of poverty and vulnerability, which led to infants with a high rate of malnutrition. The main objective of the project was to propose a plan of management for a children's community dining room in the Balcanes neighborhood of the commune 4 of Soacha which meets the conditions of providing a balanced diet among its facilities to children with limited economic resources, applying from Monday to Friday at 11 in the morning at 2 in the afternoon, benefiting children between the ages of 2 and 14, the project is carried out in several stages, which begins with the contextualization of the problem, the second being the theoretical basis of the project, the study of the market, which shows us the havior of the objective community the needs, capacities, indicators and norms that govern production studies n thus allowing the project to start.

La seguridad alimentaria y nutricional es fundamental para alcanzar el desarrollo social y
mejorar las condiciones de vida de una población. En la población de Soacha existe gran carencia
de productos alimenticios para el sustento diario de sus habitantes, adicionalmente baja
oportunidad de trabajo y desarrollo de actividades productivas que sean de ayuda.
