Estudio de los Factores del Riesgo Postural y Sintomatología Osteomuscular En Docentes de la Institución Educativa Departamental Pueblo Nuevo- Nilo Cundinamarca Primer Trimestre 2022

Abstract
La monografía es un estudio descriptivo con corte transversal donde la participación de
la investigación inicio con una población de 8 docentes de la Institución Educativa
Departamental de Pueblo Nuevo (Nilo-Cundinamarca), el cual tienen un nombramiento en
planta por parte de la Gobernación, trabajan 8 horas diarias realizando actividades académicas
y administrativas, solo 7 de los docentes participaron voluntariamente en la investigación, ya
que uno está en proceso de desvinculación.
Donde por consiguiente se determina que los docentes de la I.E.D Pueblo Nuevo,
muestran indicios y descartan problemáticas de salud como son sus cuerdas vocales,
desorden y gravedad musculo esqueléticas, derivados de las malas posturas que se adoptan y
el Estrés, por ende, los DME (Desordenes Musculo Esqueléticos), que generan mayores
porcentajes de incapacidad laboral y síntomas son la fatiga, alteraciones en la zona lumbar,
hombros, cuello, cabeza.
Según los resultados evidenciados de la población docente en las encuestas del
cuestionario Nórdico de Kuorinka; el 100% de los docentes manifestaron algún tipo de
sintomatología musculo esquelética; siendo el dolor en el hombro y dolor en el cuello la
sintomatología más común en la población con un 43%, el 86% presenta dolor de codos,
manos, tobillos y pies; a su vez se identifica que en los codos, manos, rodillas y pies el 100%
coincidieron en que no presentan ningún impedimento de realizar actividades y el 57% ha
presentado incapacidad por condiciones de salud osteomuscular
Es por ello que, en mi propuesta, busque estudiar analizar y desarrollar estrategias de
control del riesgo biomecánico en los Docentes de la institución Pueblo nuevo- Nilo. (Kuorinka,
y otros, 2022). Porque la identificación oportuna y estudio detallado de los factores de riesgo nos
permiten realizar capacitaciones, controles y tomar medidas correctivas sobre los factores
negativos que se están presentando como, por ejemplo: el rediseño de los puestos de trabajo
puede generar reducción de factores de riesgo biomecánico y contribuir de una forma positiva
y gratificante en los docentes.
The monograph was a descriptive cross-sectional study where the participation of the research began with a population of 8 teachers from the Departmental Educational Institution of Pueblo Nuevo (Nilo-Cundinamarca), which have a plant appointment by the Government, work 8 hours per day carrying out academic and administrative activities, only 7 teachers participated voluntarily in the investigation, since one is in the process of dismissal. Where therefore it is determined that the teachers of the I.E.D Pueblo Nuevo, show signs and rule out health problems such as their vocal cords, musculoskeletal disorder and gravity, derived from the bad postures that are adopted and the Stress, therefore, the DME that generate higher percentages of incapacity for work are fatigue, alterations in the curvature of the spine, hyperkyphosis, discopathies, neck pain, lumbago, dorsal pain, etc. According to the evidenced results of the teaching population in the surveys of the Nordic Kuorinka questionnaire; the 100% of the teachers manifested some type of musculoskeletal symptomatology; shoulder pain and neck pain being the most common symptoms in the population with 43%, the 86% have pain in the elbows, hands, ankles and feet; In turn, it is identified that in the elbows, hands, knees and feet, the 100% agreed that they do not present any impediment to carry out activities and the 57% have presented disability due to musculoskeletal health conditions. That is why, in my proposal, I seek to study, analyze and develop biomechanical risk control strategies in the teachers of the Pueblo Nuevo-Nilo institution. (Kuorinka, y otros, 2022) Because the timely identification and detailed study of risk factors allow us to carry out training, controls and take corrective measures on the negative factors that are occurring, such as the redesign of jobs, which can generate a reduction in biomechanical risk factors and contribute in a positive and rewarding way to teachers.
