Abstract
En una empresa es muy importante que sus actividades estén bien estructuradas y organizadas para que eso brinde orden, optimización de tiempos y de procesos, por eso es que para el caso de la empresa Moi Salón se busca desarrollar acciones de mejora implementando un protocolo para los talleres de especialización que realizan con sus asesores de manera interna, también se crean unos formatos que complementan el protocolo de la siguiente manera: el primero va a contener toda la información con base al tema del taller, cuales son las actividades que lo componen, los requisitos, implementos y elementos que se requiere, el segundo formato es un seguimiento de asistencia a esos talleres para llevar un control de los asesores que están siendo participes y que están aprovechando estas jornadas y por último se diseña un formato de evaluación tanto de la actividad, la temática, sus componentes y el desempeño de la persona a cargo del taller que en este caso se le nombra como líder de taller.
