Abstract
Nuestro emprendimiento fue creado luego de observar las consecuencias económicas que dejó
la pandemia de los años 2020 y 2021 principalmente en nuestro país, por ende, en nuestra región,
observando principalmente la cantidad de emprendimientos familiares, negocios y locales comerciales
que tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas, dejando de ofrecer sus servicios y reinventarse como una
alternativa de subsistencia y no perderlos.
Our enterprise was created after observing the economic consequences left by the pandemic of the years 2020 and 2021, mainly in our country, therefore, in our region, mainly observing the number of family enterprises, businesses, and commercial premises that had to close their doors. , ceasing to offer their services and reinventing themselves as a subsistence alternative and not losing them. We wanted to take advantage of our experience in providing food services by making the decision to develop a business idea of providing food which became an enterprise that was initially for our benefit, but we realized that there may be an additional benefit for collaborators who directly support this undertaking. Our clients and consumers are located in the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, specifically in commune number five (5), called San Mateo, which is located in the southeast of the municipality, and has a population of approximately 63,500 inhabitants.

Nuestro emprendimiento fue creado luego de observar las consecuencias económicas que dejó
la pandemia de los años 2020 y 2021 principalmente en nuestro país, por ende, en nuestra región,
observando principalmente la cantidad de emprendimientos familiares, negocios y locales comerciales
que tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas, dejando de ofrecer sus servicios y reinventarse como una
alternativa de subsistencia y no perderlos.
Nosotros quisimos aprovechar nuestra experiencia en la prestación de servicios de alimentación
tomando la decisión de desarrollar una idea de negocio de proveer alimentos la cual se transformó en
un emprendimiento que inicialmente es para nuestro beneficio, pero nos dimos cuenta que puede
existir un beneficio adicional para los colaboradores que apoyaran directamente este emprendimiento.
