Abstract
Este trabajo se centra en la sistematización de una experiencia como modalidad de
investigación, vivida en el marco de la pasantía nacional en el Colegio Agropecuario del Pueblo Totoró,
Vereda Betania en el Cauca colombiano; en dicho ejercicio se realizó una observación de la propuesta
del Plan de Vida del pueblo Totoró. Dicho plan de vida está fundamentado y soportado en los usos, las
costumbres y las creencias locales, convirtiéndose en políticas propias del territorio, con el fin de
fortalecer el camino marcado por los mayores y ancestros para vivir en armonía, mantener la identidad,
la familia, la comunidad y defender su cosmovisión. Por lo tanto, el Plan de Vida es el eje principal del
pueblo Tontuna ya que garantiza su pervivencia, su territorio, su identidad, su salud, su educación y el
gobierno propio.
La modalidad de investigación escogida es la sistematización de experiencias significativas, en
este caso, desde el análisis de las entrevistas realizadas en el territorio a diferentes actores educativos
de la ciudad de Popayán en el cauca colombiano, el colegio rural del pueblo Totoró, el Consejo Regional
Indígena del Cauca CRIC, la Universidad Autónoma Indígena Intercultural, La asociación Indígena del
Cauca ASOINCA. Se tienen en cuenta las fuentes de información: entrevistas, diario de campo, registro
fotográfico y de audio y testimonial
This work focuses on the systematization of an experience as a research modality, lived within the framework of the National Internship at the Agricultural College of the Totoró people, in the village of Betania in the Colombian Cauca; in this exercise, an observation of the proposal of The Life Plan of the Totoró people was made. This plan of life is based and supported by local customs, Customs and beliefs, becoming policies of the territory, in order to strengthen the path marked by elders and ancestors to live in harmony, maintain identity, family, community and defend their worldview. Therefore, the Life Plan is the main axis of the tontuna people since it guarantees their survival, their territory, their identity, their health, their education and their own government. The chosen research modality is the systematization of significant experiences, in this case, from the analysis of interviews conducted in the territory with different educational actors from the city of Popayán in Colombian cauca, the Rural School of the Totoró people, the Indigenous Regional Council of Cauca CRIC, the Intercultural Indigenous Autonomous University, the indigenous Association of Cauca ASOINCA. Sources of information are taken into account: interviews, Field Diary, photographic and audio record and testimonial.
