Abstract
Los planes de mejora son actividades importantes en la sociedad, estos contribuyen a
mantener y mejorar el funcionamiento de una organización y como consecuencia de esto el nivel
de vida de los consumidores es más aceptable. Además desempeña un papel importante en la
economía global.
Actualmente el municipio de Chachagüi se ha visto afectado por la escases de materia
prima, básicamente, la producción de vidrio que no suple la demanda de todo el país con tan solo
dos únicas fabricas que existen en el país, siendo una barrera en este momento para la empresa
vender más y funcionar con tranquilidad casi igual a la competencia. Con el paso de los días la
situación mejora y la empresa recupera su ritmo en las actividades de producción, instalación y
ventas.
Debido a la situación anterior y el peso de la competencia en el mercado del municipio
Vidrios y Aluminios Cristal busca desarrollar un plan de mejora que contenga estrategias para
mantenerse en el mercado. Como todos los esfuerzos no son suficientes, hubo la necesidad de
hacer propuestas de mejora a través del autodiagnóstico de la empresa que permita determinar y
ejecutar acciones de tipo administrativo y operativo que contribuyan a conseguir solidez en el
mercado, considerando factores clave de éxito como: satisfacción al cliente, retención de clientes
y brindar productos y servicios de calidad
Improvement plans are important activities in society, these contribute to maintaining and improving the functioning of an organization and as a consequence of this, the standard of living of consumers is more acceptable. It also plays an important role in the global economy. Currently the municipality of Chachagüi has been affected by the scarcity of raw materials, basically, the production of glass that does not meet the demand of the entire country with only two factories that exist in the country, being a barrier at this time for the company sell more and function with tranquility almost equal to the competition. As days go by, the situation improves and the company recovers its rhythm in production, installation and sales activities. Due to the previous situation and the weight of the competition in the market of the municipality Vidrios y Vidrios Cristal seeks to develop an improvement plan that contains strategies to stay in the market. As all efforts are not enough, there was a need to make proposals for improvement through self-diagnosis of the company to determine and execute administrative and operational actions that contribute to achieving solidity in the market, considering key success factors such as: customer satisfaction, customer retention, and providing quality products and services. For the development of this research, methods and tools were used such as bibliographical consultations, document review, direct observations of the company's operation, interviews with the owner and collaborators to collect information, which would provide a clearer and more reliable vision of the possible determinations to be made. The type of research is through the inductive method with which the interpretation of the results obtained in the interviews would be carried out. A SWOT analysis was carried out, revealing and identifying: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company.

municipio de Chachagüi mediante aplicación de herramientas de evaluación organizacional y la
observación directa a fin de valorar el desempeño de la empresa en el sector de la construcción
dentro del municipio.
