Construcción del imaginario de los residentes de la Comuna Uno de Ibagué sobre las personas en condición de habitabilidad de calle del sector.

Abstract

En este proyecto se expone el imaginario de los residentes del barrio San Pedro Alejandrino de la ciudad de Ibagué, en primera medida con la búsqueda que surge en la relación con lo que ocurre a diario desde los aspectos humanos en el proceso de interacción, reconociendo hechos asociados al rechazo por diversos factores, ya sean inculcados o por la misma experiencia de los involucrados, permitiendo un distanciamiento cultural y social entre la ciudadanía y los habitantes de calle. Además, como una forma para identificar la construcción de los imaginarios de la ciudadanía, en la que hay un proceso de construcción social que permite reconocer que los habitantes de calle tienen cabida en la sociedad. De esta forma, se estarán desarrollando objetivos que permiten identificar los elementos simbólicos que han ido asociando los ciudadanos del barrio San Pedro Alejandrino de la ciudad de Ibagué con relación a las personas que se encuentran en condición de habitabilidad de calle, pues no es un tema mero de imagen, sino que va más a fondo a la hora de mencionar factores humanos que se relacionan a la afectación de la sana convivencia. Posteriormente, aplicar diversos métodos que permiten el desarrollo de estrategias que resuelven desde lo cualitativo el abordaje más amplio al trabajo de campo para poder analizar con el paso del tiempo en el que se ha implementado a este ejercicio de investigación y como resultado revisar si se ha tenido algún impacto favorable en cuanto a la aceptación de los habitantes de calle en el entorno urbano y comprender si el imaginario de los vecinos del hogar de paso San Francisco de Asís ha cambiado hacia un aspecto positivo en pro de una construcción social más inclusiva e integradora.

In this project the imaginary of the residents of the San Pedro Alejandrino neighborhood of the city of Ibagué is exposed, firstly with the search that arises in the relationship with what happens daily from the human aspects in the interaction process, recognizing facts associated with the rejection by various factors, whether inculcated or by the same experience of those involved, allowing a cultural and social distancing between citizenship and street dwellers. In addition, as a way to identify the construction of the imaginaries of citizenship, in which there is a process of social construction that allows recognizing that street dwellers have a place in society. In this way, objectives will be developed to identify the symbolic elements that have been associated by the citizens of the San Pedro Alejandrino neighborhood in the city of Ibagué in relation to people who are living on the streets, since it is not a mere image issue, but it goes deeper when mentioning human factors that are related to the affectation of healthy coexistence. Subsequently, to apply diverse methods that allow the development of strategies that solve from the qualitative the most ample approach to the field work to be able to analyze with the passage of time in which it has been implemented to this exercise of investigation and as a result to review if it has had some favorable impact as far as the acceptance of the street inhabitants in the urban environment and to understand if the imaginary of the neighbors of the San Francisco de Asís group home has changed towards a positive aspect in favor of a more inclusive and integrating social construction.
