Toma de conciencia un aspecto que debemos mejorar para contribuir a la efectividad del SGSST.

Abstract

El presente artículo de reflexión pretende realizar la descripción de la conciencia social e intentar una tipología de ésta, visualizar las variables principales que intervienen en la formación o la modificación de esta conciencia y ver hasta qué punto se puede considerar como unidad de análisis dentro de los trabajadores identificando que la conciencia de un grupo es la percepción de los intereses objetivos, su capacidad de visualizar una estructura o un modelo de estructura social y los medios para realizarla de tal manera, que sea conforme con los intereses objetivos. El término autonomía dista de tener un solo significado. De hecho, éste ha ido evolucionando a lo largo de la cultura occidental. Hay que esperar a Kant para que la autonomía alcance el sentido de capacidad de la voluntad humana de determinarse libremente, sin ningún tipo de motivación externa; la autonomía kantiana es, por eso, “trascendental” y “pura”.

The present article of reflection intends to make the description of the social conscience and to try a typology of it, to visualize the main variables that take part in the formation or modification of this consciousness and to see to what extent it can be considered as a unit of analysis within the workers identifying that the conscience of a group is the perception of the objective interests, its capacity to visualize a structure or a model of social structure and the means to carry it out in such a way that it is in accordance with the objective interests. The term autonomy is far from having only one meaning. In fact, it has evolved throughout Western culture. It is necessary to wait for Kant so that the autonomy reaches the sense of capacity of the human will to determine freely, without any type of external motivation; Kantian autonomy is, therefore, "transcendental" and "pure".
