Abstract
Este proyecto de investigación se centra en el estudio del mercado para la
comercialización de fruta Deshidratada en Zipaquirá Cundinamarca. Se usaron sistemas de
recolección de información para conocer las opiniones y gustos de las personas, y por ende
analizar el impacto que este producto puede llegar a generar
Analizando los resultados obtenidos, se puede evaluar que es una oportunidad de negocio
viable, ya que hoy en día los seres humanos buscan productos saludables y requerimientos
nutricionales para el bienestar de estos, y además en el nicho del mercado que queremos abarcar
la competencia es reducida.
El proyecto plantea la comercialización de Snaps de frutas deshidratadas que abastecía
las 5 comunas del municipio, ofreciendo el producto a los diferentes supermercados. Así mismo
va dirigido al público en general ya que es una fuente nutritiva.
