Abstract
El proyecto se fundamenta con el objetivo de diseñar un plan de fortalecimiento organizacional de la empresa EM Diseños en el municipio de San José de Cúcuta, por consiguiente, realiza un diagnóstico apoyado de las matrices DOFA, EFE, EFI, PEYEA y PESTEL, por otra parte, presentar los elementos del proceso administrativo y de la estructura organización, lo cual facilita el reconocimiento de estrategias que sujetan el plan de acción, finalmente, se hace un acompañamiento a la empresa orientando el uso de los elementos y los mecanismos para la implementación del plan diseñado y de los formatos propuestos a la alta dirección.
