Abstract
Este trabajo se realiza como opción de grado para obtener el título profesional de
administradora de empresas, los conocimientos adquiridos durante mi proceso de formación me darán
la capacidad de crear un plan de negocio que permita verificar la viabilidad de la creación de la empresa
CAORCOL S.A.S. (cacao orgánico colombiano), un emprendimiento para la fabricación y comercialización
de productos intermedios del cacao dirigido a MiPymes que procesan productos finales del cacao y
utilizan como fuente de materia prima la manteca, el licor y la cocoa para su proceso de transformación,
utilizando enfoques cualitativos, cuantitativos, descriptivos y exploratorios durante la investigación que
permita conocer las necesidades y gustos de los clientes objetivos
This work is carried out as a degree project in order to get the professional title of business administration, the knowledge acquired during my training process will give me the ability to create a business plan that will ollow me to verify the viability of the creation of the CAORCOL SAS Company (colombian organic cocoa), an enterprise for the manufacturing and commercialization of cocoa intermediate products for Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that process cocoa final products and use butter, liquor and cocoa as raw material sources for the transformation process using qualitative, quantitative, descriptive and exploratory approaches during the research that allows to know the needs and preferences the target costumers.
