Abstract
Industrial Metálicas S.A.S., es una empresa con más de 20 de años en el mercado que se dedica a la fabricación en serie de autopartes y elaboración de muebles metálicos, los cuales distribuye a nivel nacional e internacional; con el fin de identificar los problemas que generan insatisfacción laboral, se realizó un estudio teórico y práctico que permitió establecer las causas que provocan un nivel bajo de satisfacción en los empleados. Los resultados se obtuvieron con base a los aportes teóricos, y una encuesta realizada a 8 empleados, quienes reflejaron su inconformidad frente a la empresa, en cuanto a temas de liderazgo, motivación, reconocimiento y compañerismo.
Industrial Metálicos S.A.S., is a company with more than 20 years in the market that is dedicated to the mass production of auto parts and the production of metal furniture, which it distributes nationally and internationally, to identify the problems that generate job dissatisfaction, a theoretical and practical study was carried out that allowed establishing the causes that caused a low level of satisfaction in employees. The results were needed based on the theoretical contributions, and a survey of 8 employees, who reflected their disagreement with the company, in terms of leadership teams, motivation, recognition and camaraderie.
