Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo analizar la relación de los niveles de
burnout, y estrés en los trabajadores del área de enfermería los factores de riesgo psicosocial que
presentan los auxiliares de enfermería de un instituto de Bogotá.
Se realizará una prueba de estrés y burnout, que permitirá determinar la importancia y
responsabilidad del centro de salud mental, ante los riesgos psicosociales que puedan afectar a los
trabajadores.
Se indago acerca de muchos estudios que muestran que los factores de riesgo
psicosociales y laborales, a nivel nacional e internacional, son la mayor fuente de daños a la
salud, el bienestar y la productividad de las empresas y se clasifican como enfermedades
profesionales.
Factores de riesgo psicosocial que provocan ausencia laboral por enfermedad común, accidentes
de trabajo, enfermedades profesionales que afectan la productividad y la capacidad de prestación
de servicios.
The objective of this graduate work is to analyze the relationship between the levels of burnout and stress in nursing workers and the psychosocial risk factors presented by nursing assistants in an institute in Bogota. A stress and burnout test will be carried out, which will allow determining the importance and responsibility of the mental health center, before the psychosocial risks that may affect the workers. Many studies have shown that psychosocial and occupational risk factors, at national and international level, are the major source of damage to health, welfare and productivity of companies and are classified as occupational diseases. Psychosocial risk factors cause absence from work due to common illnesses, work accidents, occupational diseases that affect productivity and the capacity to provide services. It also affects the quality of life of workers the importance of the diagnosis that is evidenced by the professional, psychosocial risks goes beyond compliance with legal obligations, so business leaders, employers and health professionals in the workplace are faced with the state of physical and psychological health of people.
