Abstract
La gestión financiera en todas las empresas es de gran importancia, puesto que un buen control de dicho proceso puede conllevar a una acertada toma de decisiones y un mayor control sobre todas las operaciones de una organización, por tal razón el objetivo de la siguiente investigación es desarrollar una propuesta para la estructuración del área financiera de la empresa We Make Logística y Producción S.A.S. Para esta investigación se tomó el método cualitativo donde se investigó diferentes conceptos para poder crear un diagnóstico actualizado de la empresa y de cómo es su salud financiera hoy en día. En los hallazgos se pudo evidenciar que la empresa únicamente controla sus cuentas con los estados financieros, no tiene implementado ningún proceso financiero que le permita controlar los recursos, tampoco un paquete contable, ninguna política contable o financiera y mucho menos el análisis mediante indicadores financieros. Como conclusión general, se evidencio que el dueño de la empresa no tiene conocimiento de la importancia de contar con un proceso financiero, por tal razón nunca le dio la prioridad que requiere y se conformó únicamente con el reporte anual de los estados financieros por parte del contador.
Financial management in all companies is of great importance, since a good control of said process can lead to a correct decision making and a greater control over all the operations of an organization, for this reason the objective of the following investigation is develop a proposal for the structuring of the financial area of the company We Make Logistics and Production S.A.S. For this research, the qualitative method was taken, where different concepts were investigated in order to create an updated diagnosis of the company and how its financial health is today. In the findings it was possible to show that the company only controls its accounts with the financial statements, it has not implemented any financial process that allows it to control the resources, nor an accounting package, no accounting or financial policy, much less the analysis through financial indicators. As a general conclusion, it was evidenced that the owner of the company is not aware of the importance of having a financial process, for this reason he never gave it the priority it requires and was satisfied only with the annual report of the financial statements by the counter.
