Abstract
El proyecto de investigación buscó abordar el diseño de una estrategia para promover el desarrollo de la actividad física en las clases de educación física y que involucre algunas
habilidades físicas en los estudiantes de grado cuarto de primaria de la sede España de la I.E
Ricaurte del municipio de Soacha y a la vez contribuyera a ejecutar las clases en una
infraestructura limitada y con escasos elementos deportivos, a partir del diseño e implementación de rutinas aeróbicas. Se emplearon los registros de observación para analizar las rutinas
aeróbicas y el grupo focal para recoger información sobre el impacto y las experiencias de los
estudiantes. Como resultado de la investigación se determinó que hubo un mayor desarrollo de la
actividad física por parte de los estudiantes y que posibilitó la transversalidad de habilidades no
solo motrices, si no actitudinales y emocionales, durante y después de la implementación de las
rutinas aeróbicas, lo que significó que los estudiantes estuvieran motivados por las clases y que
dejaran de lado el limitante de infraestructura y la escasez de elementos deportivos.
In this project of research, I search to approach the design of one strategy for to promote the athletics skills in the sport class and that involves some physical skills for students by four grade from España school in the I.E Ricaurte, located in the Soacha municipality; and the same time contribute to execute the classes in a limited infrastructure with sports elements scarce, from the design and implementation of aerobic routines. Records were used of observation fot to analyze the aerobic routines from the focal group for to gather data about impact and experiences of the students. As results by research it was determinated that there was grater development to physical activities by the students and that it enable the transversely of skills not only motor, if not attitudinal and emotional, during and after that implementation of aerobic routings, which meant that the students were motivated by the classes and that they leave aside the small infrastructure and the scarcity of sports elements
