Abstract
En la siguiente tesis se analiza el uso del método Doman como técnica de intervención
para la superación del analfabetismo funcional que permita la calidad de vida de las familias, por
medio de diversas técnicas de recolección de datos encuesta, observación y entrevista. Las
cuales, permiten la recopilación de información necesaria para cumplir con los objetivos
propuestos en la investigación, realizando el balance de la teoría con la realidad. Basado en un
método cualitativo que es importante para el proceso de la práctica educativa y diseño
fenomenológico que parte de las experiencias individuales subjetivas de los participantes. Se
examinan las respuestas dadas por 30 colaboradores que hicieron parte del ejercicio, indicando
que el analfabetismo funcional está ligado a diferentes características asociadas a la desigualdad.
This thesis analyzes the use of the Doman method as an intervention technique to overcome functional illiteracy which improves the quality of life of the families, by means of several data collection techniques: survey, observation and interview. Those instruments allow the compilation of all necessary information to fulfill the proposed objectives for the present study, balancing theory with reality. Besides, it is drawn on a qualitative method which is significant for the process of educational practice and phenomenological design that begins from the subjective experiences of each of the participants. The answers given by 30 individuals who took part in this research are observed, showing that functional illiteracy is linked to different features related to inequality.
