Abstract
En un contexto de crisis ambiental mundial, desconfianza hacia las entidades gubernamentales y sus autoridades y una inequidad creciente los jóvenes colombianos, y de otras naciones, han salido a las calles para manifestar su deseo de transformación frente a
las problemáticas que aquejan su presente y posibilidades desde el mismo, esta investigación se orienta en re-significar los horizontes presentes, pasados y futuros de las juventudes y las nuevas generaciones a nivel educativo en Colombia. A través de un proceso de investigación creación, se embarca inicialmente en una génesis creativa alrededor de preguntas sobre la situación de las juventudes en Colombia. Luego se propone un análisis de convergencia entre textos y contextos en el cual se incluyen los lineamientos y abordajes gubernamentales existentes sobre esta población en las áreas disciplinares de ciencias sociales, políticas, económicas, filosofía y religión, para luego presentar el desarrollo creativo de un diseño pedagógico constituido por una serie de experiencias de aprendizaje configuradas a partir de la aplicación de dos mecanismos de innovación: Foresight y Hindsight.
In a context of global environmental crisis, distrust of governmental entities andtheirauthorities and growing inequality, young people from Colombia and other nations, havetaken the streets to express their desire for transformation. Facing the problems that afflict their present and possibilities, teenagers do not have the resources for producingsaidtransformations. From this point of view, this research is aimed at re-signifying the present, past and future horizons of youth and new generations at an educational level in Colombia. Through a creative research process, it initially embarks on a creative genesis aroundquestions about the situation of youth in Colombia. Then an analysis of convergence between texts and contexts is proposed in which the existing government guidelines and approachestothis population are included in the disciplinary areas of social sciences, politics, economics, philosophy and religion, to then present the creative development of a pedagogical designconsisting of a series of learning experiences configured from the applicationof twoinnovation mechanisms: Foresight and Hindsight.
