Abstract
Por diversos factores, como falta de compromiso, deficiencias en la capacitación, falta de apoyo
gubernamental o por escasos recursos económicos, en Colombia solo el 41.9% de las empresas cumple con los
controles de seguridad en el trabajo reglamentados en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 (UNAL, 2020), es por esto,
que el objetivo de esta investigación es establecer un plan de acción que le permita a la empresa Consultores
de riesgos y asesorías LTDA implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo,
para lo cual se diseñaron y aplicaron dos herramientas de investigación que incluían conocer las condiciones
de trabajo y salud de los empleados y finalmente entregar un plan de trabajo que mitigue o evite accidentes,
enfermedades y sanciones.
Aunado a lo anteriormente expuesto, con el desarrollo de esta investigación se proporcionan
estrategias que buscan que Consultores de Riesgos y Asesorías Ltda., mejore su calidad y productividad dando
una mayor relevancia a la seguridad y salud de sus empleados, y que conlleve a mejorar las competencias
humanas, buscando con esto no solo incentivar, sino proteger, capacitar y formar al capital humano ya que
cada día se hace más evidente que el éxito de cualquier organización depende del personal que la conforma y
por consiguiente de su bienestar.
Finalmente, es importante reconocer el papel que desempeña la dirección frente al cumplimiento de
los requisitos del sistema, quienes afianzan su compromiso con la implementación resultante del plan de
trabajo, con el fin de proteger la seguridad y salud de sus trabajadores desarrollando las actividades descritas,
enfocadas en la prevención de incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades laborales y en el cumplimiento de los
requisitos normativos propiciando oportunidades de mejora continua.
Due to various factors, such as lack of commitment, deficiencies in training, lack of government support or scarce economic resources, in Colombia only 41.9% of companies comply with the safety controls at work regulated in Decree 1072 of 2015 ( UNAL, 2020), that is why the objective of this research is to establish an action plan that allows the company, Consultores de Riesgos y Asesorias LTDA., to implement and maintain the occupational health and safety management system, for which was designed and applied two research tools that included knowing the working conditions and health of the employees and finally delivering a work plan that mitigates or avoids accidents, illnesses and sanctions. In addition to the above, with the development of this research strategies are provided that seek that Consultores de Riesgos y Asesorias Ltda., Improve their quality and productivity giving greater relevance to the safety and health of their employees, and that leads to improve the human competencies, seeking with this not only to encourage, but to protect, train and train human capital since every day it becomes more evident that the success of any organization depends on the personnel that makes it up and therefore on their wellbeing. Finally, it is important to recognize the role that management plays in compliance with the system requirements, who strengthen their commitment to the implementation resulting from the work plan, in order to protect the safety and health of their workers by developing the activities described, focused on the prevention of incidents, accidents and occupational diseases and on compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering opportunities for continuous improvement.
